[Dxspider-support] How does "isolate" work?

Can someone clarify this for me?

Let's say that there are two peers - WA9PIE-2 and XX1XX-2.

We want WA9PIE-2 to see spots coming from XX1XX-2, but...

XX1XX-2 does not want to see spots (or messages) coming from WA9PIE-2.

Which way does this go? Should we:
Issue a command on WA9PIE-2 to "isolate/xx1xx-2", or
Issue a command on XX1XX-2 to "isolate/wa9pie-2"?
