[Dxspider-support] Prefix lookup error

Seems this is something to explore in the country files for additional 
anomalies. Something odd about M alone,You  needs a full prefix, and the 
#, where W/DL5aaa does not.
sh/pre 2e/dl5aaa yields England
sh/pre M/dl5aaa yields Germany
sh/pre M2/dl5aaa yields England
sh/pre W/dl5aaa yields USA
