[Dxspider-support] Dupe messages / issues

I am still having dupe issues on my dxc. 
I spotted this morning:
DX GB3USK/B 1296870 IN79JX<TR>IO81VC 569 n=0
It was rejected as a dupe so I resubmitted as 
DX GB3USK/B 1296870 569 n=0 IN79JX<TR>IO81VC
and this worked fine.

It looks like spots made are been recognised as a dupe for weeks after spotting. 
I have had a dig but no idea how to fix this. Any ideas anyone?
I presume a dupe file check is not been cleared down but where it is I have no idea.
