[Dxspider-support] Curious

I am looking at this now. My difficulty is that, while I can see that it 
happens, I am struggling to see why. The dupe filter goes to some 
trouble to strip out non-ascii characters - indeed anything that is not 
letters or digits - then upper cases everything (feel free to look at 
DXDupe.pm to see what happens). Unfortunately my debug files are culled 
after the standard 10 days and this happened longer than that ago. I 
have some samples from 17th March but that seems to be it.
