[Dxspider-support] New build DXSpider

It has been confirmed that it's a bug on the HamClock software that will be
fixed in next release.
The trigger is the disconnection initiated by DXspider toward the HamClock
(i.e when you reboot the node or when you manually disconnect a user).
Hamclock enters a loop where it's not able to reconnect again to the
cluster until HamClock is rebooted.
it's not clear so far in which HamClock release the bug was introduced, but
in any case this is independent from the DXspider build.
