[Dxspider-support] New build DXSpider

I recently updated my DXSpider to the latest. However, after a blackout, my
cluster stopped displaying any spots. Upon investigation, I discovered that
the clock was out of sync with the current time. Since I’m running DXSpider
inside a Docker container on my friend's Raspberry Pi and don’t have sudo
access, I had to look for a workaround.

After some searching, I found that running the container in privileged mode
could help. I updated my Docker Compose file accordingly and added an NTP
client to sync with time.cloudflare.com. Now everything is working smoothly
again. Just wanted to share this experience.
