I agree.

There's a telnet directory on dxcluster.info. My feedback on that (when it
was created) is that there's no way to know which of them are operated by
serious and reputable sysops vs. those who just fired up a DX cluster
because they were curious or thought it would be fun.

I honestly don't connect to a peer unless it's a full-time node with a
serious sysop or someone I know.
