Ken I'm talking about console window not terminal window.
I can resize terminal window but this does not change the page lenght.
For example, if I type 'sum' or 'read #msgno' with IK5ZUK 425 DX News bulletin in console I can see only ending of the output, but if I do 'set/page 50' I see kind of pagination of the output (Press Enter to continue, A to abort).

You can change the terminal size,
Oper the terminal, go to edit and preferences.
Click the display tab
There you can adjust the terminal screen size and it should stay that size until you reset it.
Works for me even after a reboot

I have the same thing, I ssh into my RPi and open the console and it always shows that, even after I added the command to my /spider/scripts/g6nhu file, it applies the page length I specified and then it applies 495 lines straight after.
