Well, the first thing is to run an advertising campaign for this list, the
second is to get them to sign up on Jim AD1C's website, and then the rest.

There is forum, sysop at dxcluster.info
I posted there, that sysops, who mainains DxSpider should do update for
their nodes asap.
Suprise, got some queries how to do that... What made me thinking, that not
all sysops follow this forum here...
