[Dxspider-support] User filter command to hide digital modes (FT4/FT8) and RTTY

This is what I tell my users to use and nobody has been unhappy with the results.  ‘data’ does include RTTY and the second line is just a mop up for dxpeditions, etc that may be outside the normal FTx operating frequencies.

rej/spot 0 on all/data
rej/spot 1 info FT8 or info FT4 or info RTTY or info PSK
