[Dxspider-support] Missing PC92 packets

 N2WQ-73 is a spider, getting spots from a bunch of other nodes, including N2WQ-1 CCC. VA3UXA-1 gets fed only by N2WQ-73 and N2WQ-73 is not sending any PC92 packets:
Many clusters (DXS+CCC) -> N2WQ-73 (DXS) -> VA3UXA -1(CCC)
