[Dxspider-support] Public IPs of nodes like "localhost" (II)

Chris, WI3W, helped me to try to solve the issue.

No way and he mailed Dirk, seems any kind of bug or other (unknown for 
us) misconfiguration, we wait for further help.

I then had him try to set the external ip with the command 
set/external_ip which failed:

set/external_ip 181.117.194.85
set/external_ip Working...

=181.117.194.85, ignored
