[Dxspider-support] Contribution. New update_ip.pl v1.6

Hi,

I've made a significant change to update_ip.pl v1.6
I will now be in set/update_ip.pl for standardization.
It has been completely rewritten so that it can be written directly to the
variable without having to run it as a command.

set/update_ip 172.18.0.3 172.18.0.4 192.168.1.10

No public IP change: 1.2.3.4
Local IPs changes: 127.0.0.1 ::1 172.18.0.3 172.18.0.4 192.168.1.10
