[Dxspider-support] Missing spots from CCC

I think I found the answer to why some spots don't show up in CCC. And I think it is a good thing they don't!
The answer- they are PC11 spots and do not provide the spotter's IP. My nodes, and so does VE7CC, require an IP. In addition, spots from Tor exit nodes are dropped as well.
In other words, I am very comfortable with such spots being dropped.
