[Dxspider-support] crontab not honouring LOCALE =?utf-8?Q?=3D_?=LOCAL

I have LOCALE = LOCAL in my crontab.

I have Kin’s update script set to run at 22:42

42 22 * * 1,2,3,4,5 run_cmd("check_build Y 5")

However, it ran and updated last night at 23:42

I can see other files that I download using crontab appear to be an hour out as well.
