[Dxspider-support] crontab not honouring LOCALE =?utf-8?Q?=3D_?=LOCAL

I can absolutely say it’s not working fine here.

The update last night ran at 23:42 instead of 22:42, I can tell that from the uptime.   I update all Kin’s scripts automatically and they show an hour later than expected.

To test this, I moved my update_ip.pl in the cluster crontab to 15:20 this afternoon and it ran at 16:20 local time.
