[Dxspider-support] set/isolate & build 615

The question is are you seeing spots come back from the isolated node? My
understanding of isolate was to treat a node as legacy, send the legacy
frames to it, but keep it isolated from everything else by way of
preventing that node spewing back into the cluster (except for routing
info).
If you are sending PC11 to the isolated node, you are sharing data to that
node, but are you seeing PC11 coming from the isolated node? This was
intended as I understand.
