[Dxspider-support] Local Skimmer as node on dxspider

Thanks Andrea,

I think that the set/skimmer command is for allowing and/or filtering
the skimmer output.
I am also connected to SK0MMR rbn server and I can see the spots comming
from SK0MMR without problem.

* I'm making all tests on an isolated node, connected only to EA2CW-2,
SK0MMR and -without any output visible- to EA2MMR as the local CW
Skimmer node
