How many users has the same IP? And which users?
Many ISP's are using double NAT, which means that if several users are in
the same general area, they may actually show with the same WAN IP.
The same thing if they are using a cellular connection. Also in this case
users may very well be seen with the same WAN IP if they live in the same
general area and are using the same provider.
Just because several users are showing up on a node with the same IP,
doesn't mean that there is something "fishy" going on. Of course if the
users with the same IP's are from all over the world, then double NAT can
not be the cause.
Due to the lack of IPv4 addresses, many ISP's are doing double NAT.
Just a thought.
