[Dxspider-support] =?utf-8?Q?Here=E2=80=99s_?=how to enable self-spotting

It’s the RSGB AFS 80m this evening and I know there’s going to be a few self-spotters on, please, if you’re happy to allow self-spotting, make these two changes as I detailed last week.
