[Dxspider-support] Bad IP

Unfortunately, this is very easy to do, if one can connect to a node 
properly, one can simply start to generate random PC61s. Which what 
N9SIN appeared to be doing last week. I note that this callsign (albeit 
with random ssids) seems to be (behaving as) a legitimate node at the 
moment. But what do I know?
