[Dxspider-support] Node verification

Rather than talking about new protocols, I would opt for the term
'evolution' of some current sentences.

As always, if there is a non spider node or older software then entry will
still be available. But, it would be a good idea for every sysop to
communicate with each of their partners to be sure that they are still
"real" and not some old forgotten node call that is no longer valid.

At least this would attempt to validate DXSpider<->DXSpider node connections
without a huge investment in new protocols.
