[Dxspider-support] Users being disconnected after about ten minutes?

Has anyone had any complaints from users who are being disconnected after about ten minutes?

I’ve had a few who are saying this is happening to them and the log just shows a disconnect with no reason or anything. Like this:

1738887202^(DXCommand) N6xxx-2 disconnected

(I’ve edited the callsign)

This has only started happening recently.
