Sorry Dirk, for some reason I’ve stopped getting list emails through.  I’ve just been onto the list archive and seen loads of message I’ve not received.  They’ve not gone into spam, they’re just not here.  I’ve signed up with another email address to see if that works any better but after years, it’s odd.
