[Dxspider-support] Startup script

Hi Keith,

My logic is that if it’s disabled, nobody can do it so it’s stopping anyone who might want to.  Enabling it doesn’t force anyone to do it but it allows those who might want to self spot to be able to.

So everyone can do what they want.  With it set to the default of 1240000, I’m denying users the ability to self spot below 23cms.

I don’t necessarily agree with self spotting but I understand the reasons for wanting to do it and I still think that following the vote in here a couple of years ago that it should be set to 0 by default and then individual sysops can opt out if they want.
