[Dxspider-support] Utility

For those who are not used to using Linux, you can download the file as
follows:

1. Open a Linux terminal as user sysop.
2. Change to the /spider/local_cmd directory.
	cd /spider/local_cmd
3. Download the file
	wget
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/EA3CV/dxspider_info/main/summary.pl
4. Close the terminal
	exit 
5. Open console
6. Run
	load/cmd
7. Use the new command
	sum
	(or summary)

I have copied this file into Local_cmd but I get no response when trying to
use the command
