There is something wrong with your node Rick.

I logged in as a user to LU9DA-6 and ran summary. The surprise is that it answered me.
The script has a MINIMUM privilege set to prevent anyone (like me) from running it:
return 1 unless $self->priv >= 5;

This tells me that the problem is before my script.
