[Dxspider-support] Here we are again (huge flooding)

I set $DXProt::senderverify to 2 4 days ago after the discussion here, 
and not a single fake spot come into EA2CW-2 dxspider. However several 
docens of them found their way into my other EA2CW-1 cc-cluster.
