[Dxspider-support] Agreed optimum DXspider settings

It's my understanding that updating to build 568 (latest release) has the
preferred defaults already in place. In addition, if you want self-spotting
on your node, that will need to be enabled. No doubt, someone more
knowledgeable than myself will chime in with more specific details.

Thanks to Dirk, Kin, et al for keeping the software and network running
smoothly.
