[Dxspider-support] Upgrading Ubuntu killed DXspider

I'm going to keep pulling at this to show that the documentation and
guidance isn't really helping get people going, it's not a rant or a finger
pointing exercise.

Kin suggested that Yiannis SV5FRI's script on github was the way to go as
did a couple of others. So, a fresh install of the OS, ran the script, it
completed, no errors. But dxspider isn't running, and won't run based on
trying to get a steer from other sources of information. And so, the
pointer to Yiannis' script doesn't help, yes it may be installed... but
what's next, how is it configured, and run?

If you know the answer to those questions, please put them on the wiki.

Thank you.
