[Dxspider-support] Upgrading Ubuntu killed DXspider

I tried the other day to do a test install of DXSpider on the latest Ubuntu
and it is not compatible. You will get a message from Ubuntu indicating
so. I then changed the OS to Debian 12 and that is fine
