[Dxspider-support] Skimmer Filtering

Hi Gents,

Here is a question about filtering syntax for the Skimmer connections. I
understand to start the skimmer feed we use set/skim.  If we wanted just CW
spots we would use set/skim cw.

But suppose we need to narrow the filter further.  Let's say we want to
only see skimmer spots for CW that have originated from the north east.
What would the syntax be?  set/skim cw "???"
