[Dxspider-support] Upgrading Ubuntu killed DXspider

For what it's worth...

The Ubuntu 22.04 install guide on the wiki (
https://wiki.dxcluster.org/wiki/Ubuntu_22.04) does work on 24.04.2LTS. Just
ran through the steps on a test VM (fresh install) and was able to
successfully run through to the end with a running systemctl service.

I know the wiki was down for a while.

Just an FYI for anyone who runs across this.
