Thanks Danilo! I put in my submission. I used your guidance, however,
choose to edit the explanatory statement with my view.
"Dirk Koopman, G1TLH, has developed the most up to date and efficient
DXCluster software. He updates the code quite regularly and is active in
the community. He has made his hard work open source to invite other hams
to participate and experiment (a tenet of the hobby), a fact he regularly
relays on the support list. Dirk and the more seasoned sysops are working
with different approaches against malicious intrusions into the dxcluster
network to achieve a source of trustworthy spots for the community. While
there are other cluster server programs out there, DXSpider is the most
forward facing in today's software development and has the ability to
continue to be updated for the changes to come. Dirk has put decades of
effort into this software and service which helps many hams enjoy our
hobby."

Chris, WI3W
