No, that's not it Gregor.
It's two different things. One is sending spots, and the other is being
logged into the node.
You have to implement a mechanism to let the rest of the network know that
your users are logged into your node.

This may be because I also use:

# DX [BY <call>] [ip <ipaddress>] <freq> <call> <remarks> Send a DX spot

for the web users, as discussed a few weeks ago and proposed by Dirk G1TLH
(I guess).

So, the "$DXProt::senderverify = 2" probably collides with "DX BY x / IP x /
etc."?
