You can add the blocking of their IP:
set/badip <ip>
For set/lock to work, make sure the session is disconnected first, use disc <node>.

He still keeps logging in.
Is there something else possible

I just noticed that IU4ZAC logging in as IU4ZAC-xx using several numbers at xx on PA4JJ-2 and PA4JJ-3
So I disconnect him and allmost before I hit the enter he casme back with a different number. So I did  a lock out on IU4ZAC.
