[Dxspider-support] New version of Mojo (dx command fixed)

Hi Anthony,

I don't want on my node link partner with *old* Spider's version.
If I see that one of my partner doesn't keep his node updated, I write 
him an email and if no response/update I cut the link.
I know it's a "drastic measure", but it's the only way (if we all would 
apply this policy) to keep the network clean.
