OK, what I can do is login them to my node (but with the IP of my 
webserver). Then I spot "dx ... by ... ip ... etc."

Created spots with different IP than the user is connected with.

I would need to "fake" his IP login. I think all the "solutions" are none.

The best one is the old one I used for 13 years and no one complained: 
logging into cluster with the spotter's call and spotting, but that's 
without his IP. Would create many spots with one and the same IP.

I don't see any stable solution that will work in the future without reading 
this mailing list every day for hours.
