[Dxspider-support] An update about HamAward.

Thank you for your efforts. A good outcome.

I have no particular beef with HamAward and I am pleased that any 
spotting that's done will require an action by a user. That's all I can 
really ask for.

I'm not certain what's going to happen if several 10s of users are 
spotting away every 15 minutes, but I'm sure we'll find out soon enough.
