[Dxspider-support] Again

This spot caught my eye:

      GB7VAX -> 62 PC61^28074.0^LW4DYI^22-Mar-2025^1528Z^FT8 -12dB 2005Hz^G0LZX^GB7MBC^82.11.177.106^H29^~

The spot appears to be skimmer generated (not to be confused with RBN) and yet it was pushed thru to my node N2WQ-1. GB7VAX is a DXS node and if what I was told is accurate- default H is 30- GB7VAX or GB7MBC are possible entry points into the network. GB7VAX should not be redistributing skimmer generated spots.
