[Dxspider-support] Bads IPs address ???

Hi,
One of my tasks as a sysop is to analyze my nodes' logs. If I detect something that I think is harming the rest of the nodes or just one of them, I try to inform the community.
I've spent many hours helping other sysops, providing them with documentation, tools, advice, and work.
What I do, almost any sysop can do. I search the list, the wiki, consult the notes I add, and, as a last resort, ask the list.
Unfortunately, I'm short on time, so I hope more sysops will join in and contribute their knowledge and valuable time.
Three days ago, Dirk posted on this same list what should be done about the IP address problem.
Since I have a bad memory, I searched here:
https://mailman.tobit.co.uk/pipermail/dxspider-support/
and found this:
https://mailman.tobit.co.uk/pipermail/dxspider-support/2025-March/020625.html
I hope this helps.

Kin,
You spend a lot of time telling us how things are wrong, but not how things should be fixed.
How should a sysop correctly define their IP address? Having only setup DXspider once I can't remember setting mine and wouldn't quickly know where to look to check it's correctly set. Please offer guidance on solutions with your posts so that those of us with less experience have a chance.
Thank you.

Hi,
We can see that there are still nodes (pc9x) that have their IP address
