[Dxspider-support] Results of this morning's flood analysis (II)

 Could you upload the logs somewhere? I'd like to understand what's happening. The numbers you are observing are orders of magnitude higher than the max spot rates I have defined- 500 total per minute (10K for the 20 min interval), 25 per DX per minute, and 10 per spotter per minute.
