Found it! There is a typo causing the AUTOLOAD error.
wi3w at spider-test:/spider/perl$ grep 'every_5_minutes' *.*
DXProt.pm:sub every_5_minutes
wi3w at spider-test:/spider/perl$ grep 'evey_5_minutes' *.*
cluster.pl: DXProt::evey_5_minutes();
wi3w at spider-test:/spider/perl$
Typo in cluster.pl is the cause.
