[Dxspider-support] New version of test

This fixes the ipv6 into rfc_1918 issue reported by Fabian, and the 
(probably) the 'localhost' issue reported by Luigi.

This does mean that you need to check your /spider/scripts/startup to 
remove or comment out (or set to 0) $DXProt::senderverify. To confirm 
again, the default is now 1 (warn).

Whether or not this feature stays will be addressed somewhen after this 
weekend.

Unless I get some breaking changes in the next few hours, I shall merge 
test back into mojo later on this afternoon.

I would have got this far - early this morning - but it appears that the 
server that houses the git repository and my mail server was blocked by 
(someone in) my hotel's ISP. Magically, after a complaint to my hotel's 
techie and after about 5 hours delay, it is now back again.
