This is what I have on my nodes that has the latest cty.dat:

We will have to wait for Jim to update it.

cty.dat does not know the prefix "VN" (interestinly, I have a very old
cty.dat which says VN is Australia, but the current one does not), therefore
the spot is flagged as invalid. 

(It's N8PVL/B by the way, so the Skimmer miscopied this :)
