[Dxspider-support] Failure in DB user_json ?

Using: grep EA2*** user_json
tells me there is nothing.
Using: rg EA2*** brings up what it should.

I'm sorry, I don't remember this happening to me in 45 years.

Hi,

I'm trying to register a user and although I get the OK, it does not appear
in user_json even if I export it, nor is the registration applied.

After export_users

The registry only shows this:

I think it's not from the latest build, because the complaining user
registered with reg and pass a few days ago.
