[Dxspider-support] DX spotting reports duplicates

Hi all

I think there may be an issue.

I tried spotting ZS6AF on TEP 6m but it said its a dupe, tried clearing the dupefile etc but to no avail. I see this was spotted earlier in YO but blocking my spot takes away the thumbs up to locals that TEP is rechable from G and for me knowing that the locals are "in it" is important.
Or is it my settings (maybe dupage is minutes)?
