[Dxspider-support] DX spotting reports duplicates

I had a similar issue when my filters are set to only accept spots from 
zones 2-9. I tried spotting a couple times when I came accross a call 
that was not in my band map or available QSO list and got a dupe reject. 
After I did a show/dx I saw that it was spotted outside of my filters or 
was a self spot outside of my filters.

Not sure how to handle this except turn off the filters for a contest...
