[Dxspider-support] Tuning $Spot::dupage

Hi,

I noticed a significant difference (build 609) during the last attack.
Two nodes were identical in hardware and software, the only difference
being:
Node A: $Spot::dupage = 300
               20 users
               12 peers (11 spider + 1 CCC)
Node B: $Spot::dupage = 600
              1 user
              8 peers (all spider)

What I observed was that node A showed some delay when displaying ads
compared to node B; everything else was apparently the same.
Changing the value of this variable is normal and affects performance, but
it shouldn't be noticeable unless the number of users is the cause.
