Yes – is there a way to see only the nodes that are running in say the last hour? I can see for example VK5GR-3 listed. That was a test node I last ran 3 years ago.

Ill admit it looks like a lot of cached as well as live data.

Is there a way to flush the cache so we can only see live nodes?

I remember the network cop by the  time barking me to shut down the test or made it local.... 

I don't know how credible the information reported there is.
